We were able to close the month without incident (read: a margin call). With February in the books and Craw Park Capital (CPC) standing strong at 6.29% (9.82% YTD), I feel relieved and proud! Risk management is key when you manage the capital of others and we were able to protect our investors from the storms of the market.
January 2021 Reflection
Closing the month with ROI at 3.54% was a great start, as we were able to surpass all indices less the Russell 2000. While our primary goal is to not beat the popular indices, I am a competitive person, but more importantly - I want to provide the very best product to our investors. Speaking of…I’m very thankful for the opportunity to provide this service to my investors! It is a blessing to be trusted with capital from investors around the country!
Launch Day Reflection
When you have someplace to be, it doesn't matter what happens along the way because the goal is to arrive at the destination. If the destination is important enough - you'll do everything necessary to make it there on-time.
